Should we be allowed to recruit others into our group?

Our server: 100% , bG: .1% , steam friends: we encourage you but don't go full out bugging them. Just tell them and let them think about it.

EDIT: BUT, they must know me, Ash, or Fatality! We spectate their skillz and decide where we go from there (I may not be able to accept people into hotd but I can report to Ash or Fatality that they would be a good fit)
Or we just love Them to death 

i woudnt do that id rather risk falling down a bottomless pit than get another admin pissed off. Smile
